This is our process of how we make the poster, box and prints

PHASE ONE

Model & print 3D part

We model our parts in Autodesk Fusion 360. 3D print on a Creality Ender 5, using 1.75mm PETG filament. Printer extrudes at 240 degrees with a bed temperature of 60 degrees.

PHASE FOUR

Framed in a pine wood box

To frame our artwork we use 3 different sized frame depending on the depth of the 3D model created for each particular artwork. Sizes are 21mm, 46mm and 68mm deep glues together using PVA glue and V nails. Routed along each edge to fit a 3mm backboard one end and 2mm Plexiglasglass the other. Every frame has a wooden trim that glues the glass on to the rest of the frame. Glacier pins are used to pin the backboard with glues artwork into the frame. Glacier pins allow you to change artwork easily. Painted black or white using chalk paint with a Matt finish.
